I have accumulated quite a few items this past year with the snakeskin print. This trend has been slowly taking over the fashion industry beginning last fall in accessories. I have even started to see this trend emerge in athletic wear and I am loving it! Snakeskin seems to be considered a neutral, which makes it the perfect pairing piece with basic bottoms and tops. I remember as a child when cheetah print was ALL the rage. I’m sure my fascination with Cheetah Girls probably had something to do with it. There was a three-year period where the trend went from cheetah print to zebra and then a failed attempt at giraffe print. I always wondered what would come next, but the animal print phase seemed to fade away. Just like any trend, it’s back and better than ever!
