Columbus, OH

After postponing the trip 11 months, I finally got to visit one of my best friends from High School in Columbus. This was my first time in Ohio and I LOVED it!

Ohio State University

Kelly & her fiancé both graduated from OSU, so I was so excited to see the campus. We stopped at Buckeye Donuts for lunch and a coffee and then I got a tour of the campus. I got to see the Ohio Union, walk the oval, see the best view of campus from Thompson Library, Mirror Lake, the RPAC (Recreation& Physical Activity Center), and the Stadium.

I had absolutely no idea that "the shoe" is then nickname for the stadium, because it is shaped like a horse shoe. Kelly asked me if I could see the shoe and I was looking for an actual shoe.

Short North

We spent Saturday exploring Short North. We had breakfast at Boxwood Biscuit, visited North Market, and walked around the area.

A few of my favorite stores: Jolie, Vamp, and Sole Classics

We only went to Lincoln Social for Happy Hour, but we did stop by Seesaw & the Pint House to check them out. I definitely want to go next time I visit!

Scioto Mile

Before heading to dinner we went downtown to the Scioto Mile where we walked across the bridge.

Dublin

Saturday night we went to Urban's Pint House, where we just so happened to see Urban himself. We celebrated Kelly's birthday (a few weeks early).

After dinner we went across the street to Pins, where they have foosball, pinball, duckpin, ping pong, and bocce ball.

Katalina's

Before I headed back down south, we went to Katalina's. I had their famous Pancake Balls!

I didn't mention everything we did, but I just wanted to highlight some of the places we went!

Thanks to Kelly & Kegan for planning the best weekend! I had the best time and can’t want to come back.
