This year I wanted to host an untraditional Friendsgiving! I know everyone is so busy this time of year, so I chose to do a brunch instead of dinner.

THE Restaurant

After I decided on the French theme, I knew Pastis was the perfect location. I had been wanting to try the brunch! It's a new french restaurant in the Wedgwood-Houston neighborhood. I loved that no one had to cook or bring anything and we could all order the food and drinks we wanted. We were also able to split the check by item from our phones!

THE CAKE

I won a cake giveaway last December from a local business called Mads Eatz. I sent her a picture of the invite and she made the most beautiful cake! I can't recommend her enough for any cake needs in Nashville. She books up fast and usually takes orders one month out. She recently made a cake for Sabrina Carpenter's Opry Debut and Ella Langley's Ryman Show.

THE TOTES

I hand painted canvas tote bags and added a scarf, croissant hair clip, earrings, macaroon ornament, macaroon bath bomb, socks, and popcorn. The bags ended up being under $20 each! My friends and I don't usually do Birthday or Christmas gifts, so I was excited to surprise everyone with a little something.

THE INVITE

I made the invite in Canva! It is such a quick and easy way to throw an invite or presentation together.

THE OUTFIT

I love a theme and any excuse to dress up! I wore a Bardot denim set from Fashion Pass. My boots are Sam Edelman from Nordstrom Rack. I also wore the hair clip, scarf, and earrings from my tote!

I hope this inspires your next girl's gathering!

Happy Thanksgiving!!
